Depending on the needs of the Community and our budget, projects may be added to or deleted from this list.
The Board has identified the following status for projects that are completed or will be planned:

• Review and address upcoming reserve expenditures coming due in 2023
• Review timetable to detention basin cleanout and adjust as necessary
• Schedule Roadway Crack filling and Restriping
• Continue Lanternfly mediation in spring and re-examine need
• Investigate EV Charger Requirements and create ARC Guidelines Posted
• Landscaping: Replace/remove arborvitaes at both condominiums to address PSE&G concerns
